Under the chairmanship of Luc Bertrand, the Board of Trustees meets annually to reflect on the future of the GUBERNA memberships and partnerships.

The GUBERNA Strategic Gathering is an annual occasion for members of the Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors to come together, exchange insights, and contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation. Through dialogue with peers and governance leaders, participants reflect on key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of governance.

About the next edition of this event

This exclusive gathering provides a platform for strategic discussion and reflection on GUBERNA’s long-term vision and priorities. As part of GUBERNA’s ongoing commitment to engaging its governance community, the event offers participants the opportunity to share perspectives, explore emerging governance trends, and discuss the evolving role of boards in a rapidly changing environment. It is also a valuable moment to strengthen connections within the GUBERNA network and engage with fellow governance professionals.

This event is exclusively intended for members of the GUBERNA Board of Trustees and Board of Directors.

 

Programme

The programme is currently being finalised and will be communicated in due course. The afternoon will include a joint lunch meeting of the Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors, followed by the Board of Directors meeting.
