As is tradition, GUBERNA is pleased to welcome you to the GUBERNA National Member Forum & Directors Assembly 2026, taking place on 30 September at the Africa Palace in Tervuren.
The event consists of two parts.
15h00 - GUBERNA National Directors Assembly
An exclusive session reserved for GUBERNA (Certified) Directors*, who are currently enrolled in, or have previously completed, a programme within the 'Certified Director track'.

Workshop on 'Non-Verbal Communication' by Eva Vissers, Expert in Non-Verbal Communication and Executive Presence.

17h00 - GUBERNA National Members Forum
Open to all GUBERNA members, featuring inspiring content, networking opportunities and peer exchange.
Keynote on 'Preparedness Toolkit' by Pieter Timmermans, CEO, FEB-VBO;
A panel of Directors and Experts who have put preparedness to the test and proven it in practice and who will discuss, among others, the following questions:
At board level, how do you ensure resilience is treated as a strategic priority rather than a reporting exercise?
- Do you explicitly discuss ‘minimum viable company’ scenarios at board level, and how do these discussions influence strategic decisions?
- What does an effective board dashboard for resilience look like, and how often should it be reviewed?
A testimony about a crisis case

- GUBERNA National Directors Assembly (15h00): exclusively for (Certified) Directors of GUBERNA.
- GUBERNA National Members Forum (17h00): open to all GUBERNA members.
Important: Participation in the Directors Assembly is strictly limited to:
- GUBERNA (Certified) Directors*;
- Members currently enrolled in a qualifying programme;
- Members who have completed a qualifying programme within the certification track.
/*Certified Directors are members who already received a certificate or currently enrolled in/have completed a training programme of GUBERNA.

Registration
When registering, participants can indicate via the form which part(s) of the event they wish to attend. (Certified) Directors may of course attend both sessions.
Language
The event will take place in the speaker’s preferred language (NL, FR or ENG).
