EcoDa Webinar - Board priorities: Moving from what to how
ecoDa is organising an online webinar on 23 June at 11h00 in collaboration with the EY Center for Board Matters. The session will bring together experts and board leaders to discuss current developments and emerging challenges in corporate governance, board leadership and oversight.
About the event
Boards are operating in a rapidly changing and increasingly complex environment. AI, regulation and cyber risk are raising the stakes, making decisive action essential. Resilient organisations will not only withstand disruption but use it to accelerate progress and shape the future with confidence.
The session will explore the findings of the latest EY report, Board Priorities, and examine six key themes reshaping boardroom agendas, from embedding geostrategy and accelerating AI-driven innovation to strengthening cybersecurity oversight, integrating sustainability, and rethinking leadership, culture and governance in an increasingly nonlinear, accelerated, volatile and interconnected world.
The findings will be presented by Martijn de Jong, EY Corporate Governance Specialist, and the discussion will be moderated by Andrew Hobbs from the EY Center for Board Matters (EMEIA). The panel will feature Maria Pierdicchi, Chair of ecoDa, and Rytis Ambrazevicius, Chair of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG).
Together, they will share practical perspectives on how boards can translate these priorities into concrete actions over the next 12 months and beyond, helping organisations build resilience, navigate disruption and create long-term value.
