- Organising CEO succession : The Chair is the go-to person to organise the succession of the CEO or the management team. What are the key principles to take into account?
- Onboarding, evaluation and transition: Being a Chair is a lonely role. How do you make sure you have sufficient information about the role? How do you evaluate yourself and your board, and how do you gracefully manage your own succession?
